AI Notice for AETHEON Products

This AI Notice explains how AETHEON's AI enabled features work at a high level and describes important limitations, user responsibilities, and reliance restrictions. This AI Notice supplements, and does not replace our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

1) AI is assistive and may be wrong

AETHEON uses third party AI models and services combined with AETHEON's proprietary logic and skills taxonomy. AI-generated and AI-assisted outputs are probabilistic. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misclassified. AI outputs can be affected by many factors including the quality and completeness of the information you provide, model behavior, and changes to models or services over time.

2) No professional advice; no high stakes reliance

AETHEON's AI-enabled outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes to support reflection and learning. They are not professional advice. Do not use AETHEON outputs as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect a person's rights, opportunities, or wellbeing, including hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, admissions, credentialing, security clearances, or similar decisions. You are responsible for verifying results, applying appropriate human judgment, and complying with applicable laws and internal policies.

3) Fairness, bias, and non-discrimination

AI systems can produce biased, unfair, or uneven results. AETHEON is committed to improving quality and reducing harmful bias, but we do not guarantee that outputs are unbiased or error free. If you believe an output is inaccurate or unfair, you should not rely on it and you should use available feedback and reporting mechanisms so we can investigate and improve.

4) Your inputs and restrictions on sensitive information

You are responsible for what you submit and share through AETHEON. Do not submit information that you do not have the right to use. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates our Terms of Service.

Important restrictions for military and sensitive information:

Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export controlled technical data, or sensitive operational details. This includes information that could reasonably be used to infer capabilities, readiness, locations, movement, tactics, procedures, vulnerabilities, or mission related details. If you are subject to government, employer, or contractual restrictions, you are responsible for complying with those restrictions.

5) Third-party dependencies and changes

AETHEON relies on third-party AI providers and other vendors. Availability, accuracy, response behavior, and feature performance may change without notice due to updates by AETHEON or third parties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI enabled features at any time as described in our Terms.

6) Data, privacy, and security

AETHEON processes information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards; however, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your intended use and permitted under our policies.

7) Liability and warranty limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AETHEON provides AI enabled features as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Our Terms of Service include important limitations of liability and dispute resolution provisions that apply to your use of AETHEON.
